This interactive activity invites you to infuse your hand-painted Sacred Bandana by Shopwitch PH of PHull Bodied Art. 

Buckets of water drawn from the Mississippi River will be available for you to connect with. Dunk your bandana, speak your words, and infuse your intentions into the cloth. Once blessed, your Sacred Bandana can be used as an altar cloth, worn in countless ways, or transformed into your next creative sewing project. Wherever your Sacred Bandana travels, your intentions travel with it. 

• The ritual guidance is free, but you’ll need to purchase a hand-painted bandana in the shop on special sale for $15. NOTAFLOF (No one turned away for lack of funds!)

When The Future closes its doors for the night, the magic continues. We invite you to gather with a small circle of folx for a special, interactive, heart-centered ritual—a little bit spellwork, a little bit singalong, and a whole lot of love.

Together we’ll learn and sing a few simple songs—spells in disguise—to root us in ourselves, our ancestors, and our community during these intense times.

Think back to the 90s/2000s: sitting on the bus in elementary, middle, or high school, belting your favorite tunes along with the track. This is that kind of song circle. No singing experience needed—just your voice, your breath, and your presence.

As our voices rise, the words we sing will weave intentions into sigils we’ll draw on enchanted paper. We’ll shrink them with a little heat magic, add a keychain ring, and—poof—you’ll have a pocket-sized talisman of your own making to carry wherever you wander.

This allows folks to buy drinks in advance for community members who may not have the funds.
